How to Submit a Complaint

You can submit your complaint through any of the following channels for your convenience:

Complaint Acknowledgment

All complaints will be acknowledged within one (1) working day of receipt.

Complaint Handling

All complaints will be investigated and resolved within five (5) working days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires more time, the consumer will be notified of the reason for the delay and the revised timeline.

Complaint Escalation

Unresolved complaints after five (5) working days will be escalated internally and tracked until closure.
